800 Series Heated Centrifuge

Our flagship product line, the Robinson 800 Series Centrifuge with built-in sample heater provides maximum accuracy, efficiency, and dependability for Crude Oil Haulers. Each model is electrically heated and thermostatically controlled to hold samples at the required testing temperature. Machines come equipped with either a 2-Place or 4-Place revolving head for the 100mL 6-inch short cone sample tubes. The 800 Series is available in both A-Style flip lid and B-Style split lid models.

A-Style Flip Lid

The A-Style Flip Lid is made of solid-cast aluminum and features a spring-loaded latch to keep the lid firmly closed while operating. A pivot hinge allows the lid to swing up and open towards the rear of the centrifuge. Lid support springs hold the lid open while the operator exchanges samples.

B-Style Flip Lid

Designed for applications where overhead space is limited, the B-Style Split Lid consists of two solid-cast aluminum sections that open to either side of the centrifuge. The left and right sections of the lid move independently from one another on single pivot points at the back of the centrifuge. The lid uses friction tension to remain securely closed during operation.
